Psalm 29:2 (ESV)
We gather each Sunday at 10am for worship. It’s our aim to worship God as He has prescribed in His Word. Each Sunday we gather together for The Preaching of the Word (1 Cor 2), Reading of Scripture (1 Tim 4:13), Singing Praise to God (Eph 5:19), and Prayer to God (Acts 4:24). We regularly celebrate The Lord's Supper (1 Cor 11) and are occasionally blessed to administer Baptism (Acts 2:41). While we are gathered we also take up our Weekly Collection (1 Cor 16:2)
Rev. Michael Eleveld
Our church is governed by a local group of elders (our session) who serve and minister here at St Andrew's Launceston. This oversight is conducted as a part of our local presbytery (Bass). Our church is a part of the Presbyterian Church of Australia (PCA) and the Presbyterian Church of Tasmania.
The best way to learn more about our church is to join us for Lord's Day worship from 10am each Sunday. We're located at 36 St John St, Launceston and would love to see you! Like many churches, we have a wide range of people from all walks of life. The thing that binds us together is our common faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and a desire to honour Him.
